The Eurasier is a German breed of dog created in the 60s by Mr. Julius Wipfel.
The purpose of this creation was to obtain a Nordic type dog,
medium sized
to look attractive,
with good adaptation to different lifestyles (farm, suburban apartment)
and with a permanent character without aggression.
The breed was officially recognized by the FCI (International Canine Federation) in 1973.
By crossing Chow Chow males with females Spitz wolf
a first generation Wolf-Chow was created.
In the 1970s, M.Wipfel folded his Wolf-Chow
females
with a Samoyed male named Cito von Pol
to refine the look of the breed
and stabilize the temperament.
